At first warm up your body..
While you are warming up , use the twists(because it will help you a lot).
Then we are turning to right side and making chaturanga arms..
Come next to a wall and politely put right side of your face to the floor..
While doing it, take a support from the wall with your foot.
Give a support with your arm which stays at the behind and help your hips to lift up..
You can stay like that ?
If you feel comfortable you can take your arm which stays behind to the down and lift your leg to the sky..
while getting down you can take help from the wall and from your arms..
